Vehicle Options
- Sedan (4 seats): Up to 4 passengers
- SUV (6/7 seats): Up to 6/7 passengers
- Van (14 seats): Up to 14 passengers
Reservation Indicator
For reservations with Halton Limousine Canada, your SIN Number (Special Identification Number) will serve as the unique identifier for your booking.
Please have your SIN Number available when confirming or referencing your reservation. This identifier ensures a secure and streamlined process for managing your booking and any needed adjustments.
Waiting Time Policy
- Airport Arrivals: We offer a 1-hour complimentary wait starting from the actual arrival time of your flight. If additional wait time is required beyond this, charges will apply in 15-minute increments. After 1 hour with no contact, the reservation will be marked as a “NO SHOW,” and the full fare will be charged.
- Point-to-Point & Drop-Off Trips: A 15-minute complimentary wait is provided. After this, wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Cancellation Policy
Sedan/SUV Service:
- Airport/One-Way Transfers: Cancellations at least 2 hours before pick-up qualify for a full refund; within 2 hours will be charged in full.
- Out of Town/Hourly/Charter Service: Cancellations 24 hours prior receive a full refund; 12-24 hours incur a 50% charge, and less than 12 hours will be charged in full.
Sprinter/Bus Service:
- Airport/One-Way Transfers: Requires 14 days’ notice for a full refund; cancellations within 14 days are charged in full.
- Out of Town/Hourly/Charter Service: 14 days’ notice is needed for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% charge; less than 48 hours is charged in full.
Note: Cancellation times are based on local scheduled pick-up times.
